    * PHP3 or PHP4 installed on your web-server
    * A web-browser (doh!)

  phpSMS is a PHP-script to send short messages (SMS) from your website to

    Feature list:
      - send nearly unlimited SMS to Austrian Cell-Phones via utanet.at (A1, T-Mobile, One and Telering)
      - block some cell-phone-numbers
